When you register for a workshop, request a consultation, or use our tools, we may collect the contact information you provide (such as name, email, phone, state, preferred language, and retirement timeline) and general information about how you found us. Our interactive tools run in your browser; quiz and calculator inputs are not stored by us unless you choose to submit a form.
What we do not collect
We do not request or collect Social Security numbers, full account numbers, passwords, login information, or sensitive identity documents on this website.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, confirm your workshop or appointment, send reminders you have consented to, and prepare for your conversation with Tracy. We store lead information securely and do not display submissions publicly.

Email consent is optional and is never pre-selected. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. SMS choices are described below.
SMS information and consent
When you request assistance by texting an advertised keyword to Wealth Guard & Growth or separately choose an SMS option on one of our forms, we collect your mobile number, the information you send us, and records of your messaging consent and preferences. We use this information to respond to the request described in that invitation or consent option, support registration, and coordinate requested appointments. Automated messages may help us provide this assistance.
SMS information sharing
We do not sell mobile numbers, SMS consent records or SMS message content, or share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to service providers that help deliver and support our SMS program, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers, solely for those operational purposes. The general sharing section of this policy does not permit third-party marketing use of SMS information or consent.

Text messaging is optional. Consent for one request or topic does not subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages. You may opt out by replying STOP or by contacting us with your request.
