A little of my story
I am Vietnamese American, and I understand — from my own life and my own family — what it means to work hard, build something, and want to protect it for the people you love. I know the responsibilities carried by immigrant families, by corporate employees, and by small business owners, because I’ve lived and worked alongside all three.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems with a minor in Business, then spent about seven years working in information technology. That combination taught me to think carefully, solve problems, and understand how strong systems help people and businesses grow.
For the past 20 years, I have also been a hands-on entrepreneur, building, growing, and leading businesses across different industries. I understand what it takes to turn an idea into something real, serve customers well, train people, manage risk, adjust when plans change, and keep moving forward when others depend on you.
Those experiences showed me that hardworking families and business owners can build a good income and valuable assets, yet still feel uncertain about taxes, retirement income, protection, and the future. Financial information can feel overwhelming when no one takes the time to explain how all the pieces connect.
That’s why I do this the way I do. I believe financial information should be explained clearly and honestly, in plain English or Vietnamese, so that families can understand their choices before they make them.
What I do today
Today I am the founder of Wealth Guard & Growth, Financial Solutions by Tracy Vuong — known in Vietnamese as An Tâm Tài Chính. I am a Licensed Life & Annuity Agent, a Retirement Planning Strategist, and a CFP Candidate. I continue to deepen my financial planning knowledge so I can help families understand how retirement income, taxes, protection, healthcare, and legacy work together.
My approach is education first. I explain the choices clearly, look at the whole situation, and tell the truth even when the best answer is to keep the plan someone already has. My goal is to help each family make a confident decision without pressure.
